What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept all major credit cards through Shop Pay. This includes Apple Pay & Google Pay. We also accept Paypal.

I placed an order but I haven't received it yet. Can I cancel my order?

Coupons are not able to be combined with orders where there is another deal in place, e.g. buy 4, get 1 free offer or a flat discount on products. In this instance, you need to decide if you would prefer to use a coupon or get the offer.

I received my tracking information but there haven't been any scans yet

Sometimes scans do not show for several days.  It is best to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post directly as we can only access the same tracking information that is available to you. We will only send a replacement order if it has been 10 business
