What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept all major credit cards through Shop Pay. This includes Apple Pay & Google Pay. We also accept Paypal.

I placed an order but I haven't received it yet. Can I cancel my order?

My coupon is saying it's invalid but I haven't used it yet

Coupons are not able to be combined with orders where there is another deal in place, e.g. buy 4, get 1 free offer. In this instance, if you added 3 to your cart, you would be able to use the coupon.

I received my tracking information but there haven't been any scans yet

There seems to be an issue with Australia Post's system at the moment where scans are not showing up for several days, sometimes not even showing up until the day it is delivered.  It is best to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post directly as we can
