What payment methods are accepted?

We currently accept all major credit cards through Shop Pay. This includes Apple Pay & Google Pay. We also accept Paypal.

I placed an order but I haven't received it yet. Can I cancel my order?

When you place an order on our site you agree to our terms and conditions which includes a no cancellation, no refund policy.

Sometimes scans do not show for several days. It is best to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post directly as we can only access the same tracking information that is available to you. We will only send a replacement order in Australia if it has been
