I received my tracking information but there haven't been any scans yetUpdated 5 months ago

There seems to be an issue with Australia Post's system at the moment where scans are not showing up for several days, sometimes not even showing up until the day it is delivered.  It is best to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post directly as we can only access the same tracking information that is available to you.  

We will only send a replacement order if it has been 10 business days with no scans.  

If you paid for express post and it is not delivered within the timeframe set by Australia Post then we will refund you for the extra paid for express ($5.50).
