I received my tracking information but there haven't been any scans yetUpdated a year ago

Sometimes scans do not show for several days.  It is best to lodge an enquiry with Australia Post directly as we can only access the same tracking information that is available to you.  

We will only send a replacement order if it has been 10 business days with no scans.  

If you paid for express post and it is not delivered within the timeframe set by Australia Post then we will refund you for the extra paid for express ($5.50).
