If I am iron deficient in trimester 1, is it better for me to take the women’s preconception with iron in it instead of Prenatal Trimester One that doesn’t have iron?Updated a year ago

You don’t really need the extra iron until week 16 but if you are deficient, you could take Iron & Brain Support twice a week (iron supplementation in the first trimester makes your morning sickness worse).
