If I am iron deficient in trimester 1, is it better for me to take the women’s preconception with iron in it instead of Prenatal Trimester One that doesn’t have iron?Updated 10 months ago

You don’t really need the extra iron until week 16 but if you are deficient, you could take Iron & Brain Support twice a week (iron supplementation in the first trimester makes your morning sickness worse).
